At UXi Sport, we constantly strive to empower and uplift our players. We have developed a Video and Game Analyst learnership program where we equip individuals with all the tools and knowledge needed to become a world class video and game analyst.
Video and Game Analysis is a vital component of performance management, this is because video and game analysis along with training and monitoring data, forms the base from which all decisions are made. Performance profiling allows longitudinal tracking and measuring of player development and team performance.
Our National Managers of Video and Game Analysis, as well as Data Science, are driven to create numerous analysts that can walk into to high performance environment confidentially as they know they have the skill set to not only thrive in that environment but to also bring about positive changes. Hopefully soon we will see one of our interns graduate the learnership program and fulfill a role in a professional setup in one of provincial sides, and in the future, see our interns fulfill positions globally.
